For two week I will be in break, I have not any plan for the next two weeks but probably I will sleep a lot  for resting and I will enjoy my family. I wish take the exam for driver license and I can go to park, go to the aquarium and I will go to Chuck E. Cheese with my daughter and my wife.

        I learned to come back to studied and how is life USA, in this season I learned present, past and future, also present perfect and continuous, modal verbs and advers. Also i learned how buy a car and take insurance for car, buy in supermarket, Buy a laptop, how to lease plan for iPhone and I visited many mall of course all in English. But for me most important is knowledge the life in USA and enjoy learn English and share with my classmates in this season.

Currently, computers are really good tools in all levels especially for students because computers help them to learn faster. First, computers are very important for students because they help to explain complicated subject and show picture about it. For example, in mathematic computers resolve problems very fast and solutions are shown step by step. Who uses computers can check solutions faster than other students who are not using them, but whether they use books. I remember when I was student in university, computer helped me to learn fast because it gave me answers and I could check different kinds of problems. Second, 96% of schools in Chile have computers for the students and 99% students use computers in their houses because computer help them to search information about any topic or subject. Surveys show what schools that have computers for students, those have better performance than students who are not use them. For example, in my country 10 years ago only private schools had computers and these had better performance than public schools which did not have computers. For these reasons, I think that if students use computers, they are going to learn faster, so I suggest that every student has a computer.

      My dreams was 20 years ago, when I was teen, I thought about my future. First I will the university then I have a family and buy a house that was all. Twenty years more I have wonderful family, I am pharmacist and MBA in marketing, I have house and traveled for many place. Today stay in EEUU with my family and studying English because would like take the TOEFL and next step I going to be Ph.D. in managment, achieve dreams dependent every one.

When I was in the university I was always studying at the library on the campus, but one week that it was closed by reparation. For this reason, I had to go to another campus that is the biggest. When I was studding there I felt the urgent need to go to the bathroom, I was looking for it around 20 minutes and did not find it. As in that moment I really needed to go I decided enter the bathroom for woman I thought that would not be problem because nobody was near, the problem was when the classes finished because too many women entered to the bathroom. I stayed there about 1 hour waiting nobody was there to leave.  I remember that I thought multiple choices about what would happen if I open the door and they look at me.

The manual transmission is better to save gas and care the environment. First, car companies say the manual transmission is the best for the economy in the gas for your car. It needs less time to change the revolution in the engine than automatic transmission for this point needs less gas. For example, when I had a car with manual transmission I always spent less money in gas than my neiborhood who got the gas in the same place but he had car with automatic transmission. Additionally, car companies recommend the car with manual transmission because it is cheaper to repair. Second, one car whit manual transmission to liberate 200 mg co2 less than automatic and one tree which needs 2 month to consumer 200 mg co2 and neutralizer the effect. For example, in biology class we evaluated the effect of CO2 in the environment, the result was that the co2 in very dangerous to the planet. In my view for these reasons the transmission mechanic is the best to save gas and care the environment.  I suggest if you will buy a car, you buy a car with mechanic transmission.

The Pop Music is the Best and Popular

 The Pop Music is the best because everyone hears it and loves it. First, the 70% in EEUU sometime hear pop music. For example, when I was young in the party I always heard pop music and in the radio always played it and all party played music pop. Second, when you talk to people, they know about pop music and like this music. For example, when I was student in the university 90% of students knew about pop music. In general, per each 10 groups of music 7 are pop music. I my view for these reasons the pop music is the best and is popular and I love music pop.

The most importan is when you begin the business is the business plan. First you need all the idea for your new businnes, how many people, how much spend in rent office or  store, how many inventory or how much pay in marketing for promotion etc.

The best business take all,1) the economic evaluation,2) marketing plan and 3) operation plan.

 The first part is take all information about the busines and complete the economic evalution, this  is   good idea because, sometimes but when put all number  in economic evalution, the ratio is a bad business or good busines, the best ratio is profit, gross margin, sale in general, the good profit is 18% over sale, but depend the industry, the evaluation is 5 years and need take VAN and TIR, ( de abrevation for value present net and time returned invesment).

The next is  the marketing plan is about how promotion the busines, tv, paper, flyer or internet, considered the spend is 10 %  the first 3 year and then  5 % over sale the next years.

The last is the operation plan is about how implementes the business in general is more especific for the idea and depend the geografic and where is stay the business

Finnaly think and talk whiout yours friend and another people about the business, is the best take all information until begin the new business.

My Best Friend

My best friend, It is dificult say what is my best friend, when i was little boy, the best friend was a dog, the name my dog was Duke, the duke is a labrador retriever white ,  Duke was sleeping  in my bedroom, We passed the day playing in the garden, if so funny, because Duke always was loser in any play .

In the school, my best friend was Fredy , we studied together and we  visited place different like  cinema , musean, park and partys.

My favorite song, the  song really depend if  i am  happy or sad, if i am happy, my favorite song is  "Nina Simone - Sinnerman full lenght " and if I am Sad "Fernando Ubiergo - "Cuando Agosto era 21"

I like different music stile , like rock, pop and old music,  my wife says that my,I am old because i  likes old music, Cats Stevens, Frank Sinatra, Erick Clanton and Ottis Riddin in general music off 70 and 80.

Lamborghini or Ferrari ?

How is it the best car in the world Lamborghini or Ferrari ­?.

Telling the story that Lamborghini manufactured tractors.  Once the owner of the factory, that I do not remember his name, bought a Ferrari and did not like its transmission. So, he claimed it, but he did not get a good answer. As result, he thought to make cars to show to everybody how cars had to be made.

 Ferrari cars have a great style and background. In their inside are very smooth and very fast, but Lamborghini cars are more modern in technologic and equally fast as Ferrari.
