How you make a great BBQ, the First  thing. what you prefer meat, chiken, and sausage.
If meat,  you take what kind the meat, rib or sirloin strip both they are very good for the BBQ because they are cooked fast and is good tastes, If you prefer the  chicken  need  spice up for example cumin and sausage is not necessary  nothing for BBQ.
Second it is necesary take charcoal  in my country the best is charcoal espino it is one type the tree, because is consume slower, off course need a big grill  for all ideally adjustable.

Waiting cooking the is BBQ the best minute preparing to salad, the most popular it is potato with mayonnaise and another it is tomato with onion, for dessert it is  Ice crean or cake lucuma it is delicious

Finally one beer and enjoy BBQ.


Note: One recomend never cut the meat, the meat lose flavor.The chickend is necessary cooked very slow

Hurricane Issac

The hurricane Isacc, mi first hurricane en EEU., the fact,   the strongest  power,  it  is the  natural power. 
I am living in metairie, the house   happened nothing, but the garden is disaster, trees was fell down on the floor and  all flied  in the sky,  dumpster, branches  and a little squirrel died, the funeral  was today in the morning, the squirrel was  buried in the garden, it is very sad.
the street its ok, we had no light for two days, i cooked  chicken BBQ.

When Isacc was declared hurricane type 1, we  decided be in house

we was prepared for hurracaine, the had flash light, candles, water and food, The phone and laptoop full energy and very clean the back yard because when the objects are flying in the  sky they  are dangerous. Remenber the life is most importan, no money, objects or anything .

I was fine, a little nervous because hurricane was delayed, but the importan  is everything is  ok
